Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Mood Lofi Musics mobile application and website services (the "Services") operated by Chilled Tunes Corp ("us", "we", or "our").
 

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.
 

By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Services.
 

Accounts
You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. As a user of the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
 

Subscriptions
The Services are primarily free to use with optional paid premium subscriptions available for advanced features. For paid subscriptions, we may automatically renew your subscription for successive monthly or yearly periods, unless cancelled or terminated. If we automatically renew your subscription, we will collect the then-current non-promotional subscription fee for that subscription period, using the payment method you authorized during the initial sign-up for the subscription.
 

Refund Policy
All premium subscription purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
 

Content
Our Services allow you to listen to content uploaded by both us and our users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any content available on our Services. You use all content available through our Services at your own risk.
 

User Content
We may permit users to post, upload, publish, submit or transmit user-submitted content. You are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Services. We are not responsible for user-uploaded content.
 

Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services:
 

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.

• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;

• To impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

• To interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services; or

• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Services through hacking, password mining or any other means.
   

Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by Mood Lofi Musics, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
 

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on our Services.
 

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms & Conditions.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mood Lofi Musics has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Mood Lofi Musics shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
 

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
